How Radicalized Are You? ("the Service", "howpilled") is a satirical web quiz that, for $2.99, produces a personalised comedic diagnosis of your political disillusionment, generated by AI.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 or older. The content is satirical, contains profanity, and discusses political topics. Do not use the Service if you cannot legally form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Everything the Service generates — the score, archetype, roast, audio, and any leaderboard ranking — is comedic and satirical. It is not a psychological assessment, political profile, medical diagnosis, financial advice, life advice, or any kind of professional opinion. Don't make decisions based on it.

If something the Service says about you feels like it landed harder than expected, take that feeling seriously, not the score. We display crisis-line numbers (988 US, 116 123 UK) on higher-tier results for that reason.

The Service costs $2.99 (USD), one-time, processed by Stripe. By paying, you receive access to your full diagnosis (archetype, roast, audio, share card, ranking, secret ending if triggered) for that session.

No refunds. The Service delivers a one-time digital comedic product immediately on payment. Because the content cannot be "returned," all sales are final unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed under their respective terms. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data. See our Privacy Policy.

When you answer the quiz, you grant howpilled a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, display, and store your answers and the resulting roast for the purposes of operating the Service (generating your roast, displaying your public result page, computing aggregate leaderboard statistics, moderating abuse).

You retain ownership of your free-text answers. We retain ownership of the brand, archetypes, roast templates, code, and audio voice models.

You agree not to submit free-text answers (Q9, Q17, Q20) that:

• Contain slurs targeting protected groups (race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, disability, religion).
• Threaten, incite, or glorify violence against any person or group.
• Reveal private information about other people (real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
• Are or contain illegal content under applicable law.

We log free-text answers internally for moderation review. We reserve the right to remove any result and ban any user (by IP hash) who violates this section. Egregious violations may be reported to authorities.

The roast is generated by Grok (xAI) and the audio version is synthesised by ElevenLabs. AI output is unpredictable. Despite our system prompt and safety guardrails, generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or unfunny. The output is provided AS-IS.

We do not endorse any specific generated roast as our editorial opinion. If a roast crosses a line, click "Report this roast" on the result page and we'll review it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF GENERATED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HOWPILLED, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM ($2.99 IF YOU PAID ONCE).

We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is offered to users in the United States and globally. The operator is based in the Czech Republic. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state (for US users) or country (for users elsewhere) give you the right to bring proceedings locally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
